By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

Our services

JMA provides business operations, strategy, marketing, and consulting services as described on this site. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement are defined separately in a proposal or agreement with each client.

Confidentiality & NDAs

We take the privacy of every business we work with seriously. Before detailed project information is shared or a project is prepared, JMA may require a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed by both parties. This protects sensitive business information belonging to both JMA and the client throughout the engagement.

Non-compete agreements

As part of our standard engagement process, a Non-Compete Agreement may be presented for signature before work begins. This protects JMA's business interests and the interests of the clients we serve, and helps ensure that every party involved is protected during and after the engagement.

Ownership of deliverables

Once a client has paid in full for the services rendered, the final materials, documents, strategies, content, and other deliverables created specifically for that client become theirs to use, modify, and distribute as they choose. This does not extend to JMA's own pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, or internal processes used to create those deliverables, which remain the property of JMA Management Group LLC.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposits, milestones, or invoicing schedule, are set out in each client's individual proposal or agreement. Guides and downloadable resources purchased through the site are billed at checkout.

No guarantee of results

While we bring 20+ years of operational experience to every engagement, business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific financial or business results from our services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JMA Management Group LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business grows. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
